Refund policy

At CLOTHZEE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Tags and original packaging must be intact.
Items showing signs of use, damage, or washing will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or washed products
Products without original tags
Customized or special-order items
Innerwear/accessories (if applicable)

Product images (if damaged/wrong item received)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
In Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos for verification.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

Wrong size received
Damaged product
Wrong product delivered

Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may apply unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
